Junior Martial Arts Classes (Ages 8–12)

Junior

45 minutes.

Junior classes are for 8 – 12 year olds. Our classes are far more than kicking and punching. Juniors learn and develop great martial arts skills and techniques, which are designed to give them the ability to defend themselves and others. But they also develop confidence, respect and courtesy. They’ll learn important social skills by keeping active – and well away from electronic devices like phones, tablets and games! Bullying has been high in the news. We teach juniors how to avoid bullies, and how to deal with them. They’ll develop focus and self-awareness, and balance. Self-control, self-discipline and team-work. They’ll become fit and build a ‘never give up’ attitude. These attributes form a strong base for them to grow and develop positive life skills.

Confidence. Respect. Real-World Skills.

Our Junior Martial Arts Program at White Wolf Martial Arts is designed specifically for kids aged 8 to 12 years old. At this stage in life, children are developing their identity, learning independence, and facing new social challenges. Our program helps them grow into strong, confident, and respectful individuals—both on and off the mat.

In every 45-minute class, juniors build essential martial arts techniques, self-defense skills, and positive life habits that will benefit them for years to come.

More Than Just Kicks and Punches

While your child will certainly learn powerful martial arts skills, the real transformation happens inside. We help children become focused, disciplined, and socially aware, giving them the tools to thrive in everyday life.

What your child will gain:

✅ Real self-defense skills to protect themselves and others
✅ Improved confidence, respect, and self-control
✅ Better focus, balance, and self-awareness
✅ Strengthened teamwork and communication skills
✅ A break from screens with active, structured movement
✅ A “never give up” attitude that carries into school and life

Anti-Bullying Education

In a world where bullying is an increasing concern, our program teaches juniors how to avoid conflict, defend themselves responsibly, and develop the confidence needed to stand up to bullies in a safe and respectful way.

A Foundation for Life

Martial arts training helps children develop more than just physical strength—it builds emotional resilience, leadership, and self-discipline. These values provide a solid foundation for your child to grow into a respectful, capable young person.
